Thank you for your interest in the MEETINGS 2025 Hosted Buyer Programme. Please note that limited spaces are available. Please review our Hosted Buyer Criteria before submitting your application. If you do not meet the criteria, you are still welcome to register as a Day Buyer for which applications will open in April.

It will take approximately 10 minutes for you to complete this Hosted Buyer Application form. To complete the application form please make sure you have the following available:

  • Passport (Required for Australian applicants only).
  • Details of previous and upcoming events that you organise.
  • Details on why you would like to attend MEETINGS.

Your interest will be forwarded to the relevant convention bureau to consider further opportunities. Please note that selection of a region does not guarantee an invitation for additional activity, which is at the discretion of the individual bureaux.

Hosted Buyer Criteria

Criteria for the MEETINGS 2025 Hosted Buyer Programme

  • Applicants agree to the Hosted Buyer Terms and Conditions.
  • Applications for our Hosted Buyer programme are welcomed from Australia. All applicants must have the potential to do conference and incentive travel business in New Zealand.
  • Applications from other countries worldwide will be considered on an individual basis and will depend on the potential convention and incentive travel business for New Zealand. Such applications will be considered for the Hosted Buyer programme, however air travel and travel arrangements will be the responsibility of the Buyer.
  • The applicant will be responsible for making the final decision, researching, recommending and/or organising/managing conferences, meetings, exhibitions, events and/or travel incentives.
  • Applications will be considered on receipt of the completed Hosted Buyer Application form. All details must be completed and reflect a true record of business. Applications that do not comply will not be assessed.
  • If successful in the application process, the applicant will agree to fully participate in the programme including the pre-scheduled appointment programme. It is expected that Hosted Buyers commit to conducting appointments with exhibitors as per their pre-scheduled appointment diary.
  • If successful in the application process, the Hosted Buyer will agree to participate in the MEETINGS 2025 social and networking events.
