  • Your Day Buyer Registration details will NOT be shared with any MEETINGS 2025 Exhibitors via the post-event list of attendees. If you do wish to share contact details to receive further information from any Exhibitors, please do this directly during your time on the trade show floor.
  • When logging into the MEETINGS 2025 MEETINGS App (available later in May) for the first time you will be prompted to select whether or not you would like to display your details. This selection is specific to the app and is not permission to display your details anywhere else. Your preference can be adjusted at any time via the settings menu.

Day Buyer registration provides access to the show floor for one or both days of MEETINGS. No prescheduled appointments are required so you are free to explore the wide range of exhibitors at your own pace.
